Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

I have been making this recipe for beef stroganoff for years. Not sure where I got the recipe. But it's so comforting and delicious.
Its so easy to put it all together in the crock the night before.
Put it in the fridge and then put the crock back into the slow cooker before you head to work--Just remember to actual turn the slow cooker on--I've been extremely disappointed to come home from work to uncooked stroganoff.

Ingrediants
1 1/2 pound stew meat
1/2 yellow onion-chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup chopped white mushrooms
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon chives
1 clove garlic- minced
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1 cup beef bouillon
1/4 cup white wine
1 Tbsp flour
16oz sour cream
dried parsley
1/2 pound egg noodles

Directions
Add beef to slow cooker, season with salt and pepper. Add onion, soup, mushrooms, water, chives, garlic, worcestershire sauce and boullion. In a small bowl miz wine with flour and pour over beef. Mix all. Cook on low for 7 hours. (longer is not going to hurt)Add sour cream and add about 1 tablespoon of parsley and continue cooking for 1 hour.
Meanwhile cook egg noodles according to package.
Assemble with noodles in the bowl and beef and sauce on top, sprinkle with parsley.
