Korean Beef Burritos 

I found this recipe on Pinterest and modified it to make it a little easier but the majority of it is still the same. Don't skip the mint. It's delicious!

 Ingrediants
1 pound ground beef
1 pear peeled and shredded on the small side of a grater
1 heaping tablespoon grated fresh ginger
4 cloves garlic
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Chives chopped
Fresh mint chopped
Fresh cilantro chopped
4 servings of white rice cooked according to package
Large tortilla
Sriracha mayo
This is what I found for Sriracha mayo-You could always make your own. Just mixed sriracha and mayo mix together.

Directions
Heat sesame oil in a skillet and then add ground beef and pears. Breaking apart as it cooks. Midway through browning add garlic, ginger, soy sauce and brown sugar. Cook until cooked through. 
To assemble burrito warm tortilla in microwave for 10 seconds and then add rice, meat, mint, chives and cilantro. Drizzle with the sriracha mayo. 
Fold in the edges and roll. 

Even better as a burrito bowl as leftovers.
