Arugula Side Salad

I made this salad last night as a side to steak and potatoes and it was the star of the meal. So simple and reminded me of a caprese salad. Grill up some chicken to make it a complete meal. 

Ingrediants
Arugula
1 pint cherry tomatoes-quartered
Fresh mozzarella-chopped
Pecans-Chopped
Salt & Pepper
 Olive Oil
Balsamic Glaze (Not vinegar but balsamic glaze, if you cant find it in the store you can use balsamic vinegar or make your own balsamic glaze)

Directions
Place desired amount of arugula in a bowl. Top with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, pecans. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle with about 1/2 tsp olive oil and 1 tsp balsamic glaze, taste and decide if you want more balsamic.
