Ravioli with Red Pepper Sauce

I recently bought some ravioli from Costco and was searching for a new recipe that wasn't just pouring a jar of spaghetti sauce over it. 
I stumbled upon this recipe on Pinterest. It was delicious. 

Ingrediants
20 oz fresh ravioli-I used Italian Sausage
1/2 chopped yellow onion
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 red peppers
3 garlic cloves
1/4 cup chicken stock
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp paprika
6-7 chopped fresh basil leaves (Extra chopped for topping)
3/4 cup heavy cream
Shredded Parmesan

Directions
Cook ravioli according to package. Meanwhile make the sauce by sauteing the onion and pepper in a skillet with the olive oil until soft, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and stir for a minute. Add chicken stock, red pepper flakes, paprika and basil. Cook for about another 5 minutes. Add heavy cream and heat through, another few minutes. Blend the sauce either in a blender or I used a immersion blender. Serve ravioli in bowl with blended sauce on top, chopped basil and parmesan.
