Homemade Crunchwrap Supreme
Homemade Crunchwrap Supreme
I got this idea from my cousin Abby when I got a snapchat
from her with a beautiful crunchwrap supreme that she made.
So since it's my favorite thing to order at Taco Bell I decided to try it myself.
Yeah, it was just as good as it sounds. I also didn't think I could wrap it like they do and it would stay together. Well, somehow it just did.
Ingrediants
1 lb ground beef
1 packet of your favorite taco seasoning
Tostadas
1 large tomatoes-diced
Sour Cream
Shredded Lettuce
Nacho Cheese-warm about 1/2 cup in microwave
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Large Tortillas
Olive Oil
Directions
Prepare taco meat according to the taco seasoning packet. Remove from skillet and reserve in a bowl. Heat tortillas in microwave for about 10 seconds. One at a time place ground beef on tortilla, about 1/4 of a cup. Top with a few tablespoons of warmed nacho cheese. Add tostada and spread sour cream in an even layer on the tostada shell. Top with lettuce, tomato and shredded cheese. Fold edges up and over to the center working around the whole tortilla, folding as tight as possible. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet. Place wrap seam side down and cook until gold brown. About 2 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy this deliciousness.
