Asian Lettuce Wraps

This is definitely a tried and true recipe 
in our house. It's a Skinnytaste recipe and I've been
making it for years. 



Ingredients
1 Lb ground turkey
1 package white mushrooms-stems removed-finely chopped
8oz can water chestnuts-chopped
4 Tablespoons light soy sauce
2 Tablespoon oyster sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 Tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Ground pepper
2 cloves garlic-chopped

Romaine Lettuce
Cilantro-chopped
Green Onions-chopped
Sesame Seeds

Sauce
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/2 teaspoon Sriracha
1 Tablespoon hot water

Directions
Add the first 10 ingredients (up to lettuce) to a large skillet, on high heat. Cook until the turkey is cooked through and the sauce is mostly evaporated. Breaking up as it cooks. Meanwhile, while the meat cooks, make the sauce by adding all the ingredients to a small bowl and mixing together. Add more hot water if it needs to be thinner.  
To assemble the lettuce wraps add the cooked turkey to the lettuce cups. Top with cilantro, green onions, sauce and sesame seeds.
