Moscow Mule

My brother Shaun got me these beautiful copper mugs

for Christmas. I've become addicted to Moscow mules since. 

This is my version--Although I don't believe a true Moscow mule has mint in it. 

Ingredients:  

-4-5 mint leaves

-Juice of half a lime

-1 or 2 shots of vodka

-Ginger beer

Instructions:

Add mint, lime and vodka to mug and muddle together. 

Fill mug with ice. Top with ginger beer. 

Garnish with lime....and become addicted to this perfect drink.
