Pecan Tassies

Christmas isn't Christmas without the pecan tassies. 

It is literally the only time of the year we eat them and they take time to make these little pecan pies. And I think my mom gets a little annoyed with us when we eat them like m&ms and she spent so much time on them. But they are that good! My dad now helps make them since they are tedious. 

Here is the hand written recipe from my Grandma Christen. The only difference is we use butter instead of margarine and they are made in a mini muffin pan.
