So it's been a bit since I blogged but it's so hard
to blog in the winter because when dinner rolls
around its dark out and photos just
don't turn out well. This is a one of those
recipes I make all the time and I'm constantly trying
to remember the exact measurements. 
This is the most addicting thing ever. I suggest doubling
it if you are making it for a party. 

 Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese (doesn't have to be softened)
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Apples-sliced

Directions
Add all ingredients to your stand mixer with whisk 
attachment. Blend on high until smooth, scrapping down the sides when needed. Blend about 3-4 minutes. 
Serve with apple slices.
