Pimiento Cheese Dip
I guess I'm just going to work my way through my new cookbook from Joanna Gaines called "Magnolia Table" and post about it here. If you know me, you know I love a good dip. This my friends is a good dip.
Ingredients
3 bags (About 12 oz) shredded white cheddar cheese
1 bag (about 4 oz) sharp cheddar cheese
4 oz Velveeta-Shredded (Put it in the freezer for
an hour to harden so it's easier to shred)

2 cups mayo
1/2 cup drained pimientos
1/4 cup green onion-minced (Green and light green parts only)
Dipper Ideas
Cucumbers-Sliced
Red peppers-sliced
Carrots-Sliced
Celery sticks-sliced
Cherry Tomatoes
Radishes
Crackers
Directions
Combine all the ingredients for the dip. Cover and chill for at least an hour or up to 4 days.
Serve with your favorite dippers.
